What does a ReVest - Factory Re-Manufacturing include at Pfiffner?

In order to meet the high demands of our customers, we are not only satisfied with a simple revision, but we update the machine to the latest stand of technology.

A ReVest – Factory R-Manufacturing includes among others things:

- Complete dismantling of the machine and
  its sub-assemblies

- Sand blasting and new paint

- Subsequent machining of the unit carrier and
  machine base including all „upgrading“

- Replacement of the complete hydraulic installation

- Complete revision of the indexing table and collet turret

- Complete revision of all units and Hydromat - Valves

- Replace of the complete electrical installation

- New electronic cabinet with newest SPS
  from Siemens and latest software

- New panel with Siemens OP terminal

All full re-manufacturing work fulfils the CE - guidelines
